PVC materials have high rigidity and brittleness, inorganic and organic chemicals and thermoplastic materials which are very resistant to oxidative environments. They can be adapted to various usage areas by adding different additives.

PVC Features

Its chemical resistance is excellent (it shows better resistance to some acids than polypropylene).
Class B1 has low flammability according to DIN 4102 standard.
The temperature strength is low.
Impact strength is not good due to hardness.
Easy to weld.
NOTE: PVC-MZ COLOR is a PVC type with UV resistance, unlike standard PVC materials. PVC-MZ plates should be preferred if suitable material is desired for outdoor use. In addition to standard PVC colors, blue, green and yellow colors are also available.

What is a PVC foam sheet?
A lightweight, durable sheet (also known as Dekota/Forex) whose density is lowered by adding foaming agents to PVC powder.
Where is it used?
In advertising (signage, stands), industry (control cabinets, warning signs) and construction (wall cladding, sandwich panels, interior decoration).
Is it flammable?
No; it self-extinguishes in case of fire and is safe.
Advantage over polystyrene foam?
Smoother surface, more rigid, easier to machine and longer lasting.
